If you engage Alta Signal Co, the services we provide are governed entirely by a separate written Service Agreement (and, where applicable, a non-disclosure agreement) executed between you and us. In the event of any conflict between this Site and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for all matters within its scope. Nothing on this Site modifies or supersedes a signed Service Agreement.

All content on this Site — including text, copy, graphics, logos, the "Alta Signal Co" name and taglines, page design, and the service methodology and frameworks described — is owned by Alta Signal Co LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

This license does not allow you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Alta Signal Co and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the applicable Service Agreement, not by this section.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alta Signal Co from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
